South Pacific Employment Institute

The South Pacific Employment Institute (SPEI) is a pioneering training organisation that links local industry directly with competency based training in order to drive meaningful employment in Papua New Guinea.

Thousands of jobs are currently provided to expatriates at a great expense to business and to the detriment of Papua New Guinean Nationals without the required skillset.

SPEI focuses on training these skills in impacted areas so local people can benefit directly and contribute to projects in PNG.
